Our friends put us up in a little cabin by the sea. There were 4 other cabins and we could reserve the sauna house for an hour each evening, which we did. This is the sauna house.
Chuck spoke at Johan's board meeting, which took place in the conference room of a restaurant.
The restaurant had a delicious buffet, including a choice of nine different kinds of herring!I think herring would be considered a staple in the Finnish diet.
The Candelin's daughter and grandson were also visiting from Amsterdam. This is Magne, sporting the awesome spiderman suit that his grandma just bought him...padded muscles and all.
When it was time to come back to Latvia we took a train to the city of Tampere and then flew back to Riga.
